Segenting is a small village located in Batu Pahat. Although it is very small, but it is well known with the beatiful and natural scene and the chinese temple there.

Segenting is a small village located in Batu Pahat. There is a temple named Segenting Temple. It is well known for fish touching. There is arapaima fish in the small pond. The people believe that touch the fish will bring luck to you.

Other than that, besides the temple, there is a Lover's Bridge. Because of its beautiful scenery, it had become the date place for lovers. But you need to dare to cross the lover's bridge. The bridge was built by wood before but now it had rebuild into lime bridge. When you look down from the bridge, you can see the sea just under your legs. It seem likes you walk on the sea. If you come to Batu Pahat don't forget to bring your lover here!!! The villagers believe that a boy brings a girl walk on the bridge, they will fall in love and become a couple.

Yong's Steamboat Restaurant

It is a well-known steamboat restaurant in Batu Pahat. The restaurant not only selling steamboat but it also has other such as fried chicken. In Mandarin, we call it the steamboat at the swimming pool. This is because the restaurant is just beside a public swimming pool. The prices of the steamboat are reasonable and there are many choices of foods. 

Strongly recommend the fried chicken! It is really crispy!!!
